MHA2019 Hallway Track

While we have some surprises set aside for you at the conference, we wanted to share the details on some of the exciting alternative options we have for attendees at this year’s conference.

Day One

Bag Donation Drop

Day One – All Day – Mineral Foyer
The Agile Denver and Mile High Agile teams have been very conscious about our environmental footprint as we designed the conference experience for everyone. We wanted to provide an opportunity to donate your gently used (conference!) backpacks* that you no longer want. If you are like us, and have a plethora of unused backpacks that you’d like to see go to a good cause, please bring them with you to the conference. We will have a bag donation drop set up for you to place your backpacks in on Day One only. The bags will be donated to a homeless shelter serving Denver, CO and surrounding areas.

* Our homeless population has so many needs and the shelter has indicated that we can best serve them by donating only backpacks.

Conversation Zones

Day One – 10:00 – 5:00 PM – Capitol 1
Looking to have a conversation with fellow like minded people, but don’t have a place to do so? Are you looking to network or find more people in your particular industry? We have set up Capitol 1 for your use on day one with conversation prompts to help you have meaningful conversations with other attendees. Having a great conversation? Please tweet about it to drive attendance in the room.

Day Two

Lean Coffee

Day Two – 7:00 – 8:30 AM – Capitol 1
Are you an early riser like some of us on the organizing team? We are happy to announce that we are hosting lean coffee on the morning of Day Two before the conference starts! For folks who are unfamiliar with the Lean Coffeeexperience, it is a great opportunity to bring up your topic that isn’t getting airtime on the program.

Professional Headshots

Day Two – 9:00 – 12:00 PM – Capitol 1
Interested in having a fantastic picture taken for your LinkedIn profile but don’t know where to get one? At Mile High Agile 2019, we will have a professional photographer onsite taking pictures during scheduled times. Pictures will be shared post-conference and can be used for your social media profiles or other professional needs.

Both Days

Scavenger Hunt

Both Days – All Day – Entire Conference
Join your fellow Mile High Agile 2019 attendees for a Scavenger Hunt. Take photos or videos as requested or simply answer a question to complete the scavenger hunt tasks.  We will be giving out books from both of our keynote speakers as prizes so don’t miss out on the fun!

Quiet Room

Both Days – All Day – Agate ABC
This specially decorated room is designated as a quiet space to allow attendees to take a break from interacting with others. While tech devices are allowed in this room, conversation and interaction are not. Please take all conversation to other areas of the conference.

E*TRADE is the pioneer of online trading for retail investors.

We were born in the early ’80s when a physicist and inventor developed a process to place a trade online for retail investors. This became the first online transaction sent to an exchange, and it paved the way for all main street investors to control their own investments online, without the need of a human broker.

Today, we are a leading online financial services firm that specializes in a first-class experience for the digitally inclined investor and trader, backed by personal professional guidance. The Company also has a high-tech custody platform for advisors and the industry’s #1-rated stock plan administration platform.

agile42 (https://www.agile42.com/?utm_source=MHA_Newsletter&utm_medium=MailChimp&utm_term=MHA2019_Sponsorship_Attendees&utm_content=In-Text) , with offices in 10 countries, focuses primarily on helping organizations in becoming moreresilient (https://www.organic-agility.com/?utm_source=MHA_Newsletter&utm_medium=MailChimp&utm_term=MHA2019_Sponsorship_Attendees&utm_content=In-Text) . This means being ready for the continuously changing business and technology environment and outpacing the competition. The three outcomes we help our clients achieve are a coherent organizational culture, a leadership team which is more aligned behind a common goal, and most importantly, an engaged workforce with happy people.

Clients come to us because the way they’ve been working in the past is no longer keeping pace with the current time-to-market pressure and volatility. What sets agile42 apart from our competitors is our deep experience and capability to go into a client’s environment and understand where they are – their current culture, the talents they have, and various challenges they face. Together with our clients, we co-evolve and create new mindsets, methods and processes that enables them to become a more agile and resilient organization.

Transamerica has been helping people feel better about the future for more than 100 years, and we’re proud of the trust we’ve earned. But we believe our responsibility goes beyond insurance, investments, and retirement accounts. We’re also in the business of helping people improve their financial and personal well-being, so they can add more years to their lives, and more life to their years.

At Transamerica, we are innovating the next generation of data solutions and capabilities to help our customers achieve a lifetime of financial security.

Furthermore, we believe in breaking the stereotype of a large, financial corporation and the notion that it cannot be agile. We have a large technical presence in the heart of downtown Denver, and we are growing our teams! Please stop by to learn more.
