Christen “Mac” McLemore

Christen is a recovering Project Manager and Agile Purist. With decades of coaching, leading agile transformations and consulting Fortune 100 companies, she is dedicated to serving the agile coaching community by promoting Leadership, Love and Belonging! Christen is known for her raw and humorous discussions with people struggling to be brave and successful in today’s sometimes callous, alienating workplaces. Christen lives in Denver, Colorado with her rescued Great Pyrenees mix, Ripley (named after Ellen Ripley from Aliens!). You’ll likely find the two of them camping, finding new places for inspiration and visiting with friends year round.

Erin Bolk

Erin is an active agilist in all aspects of her life. Her agile journey started almost 15 years ago when she was officially introduced to Agile and Scrum as a Web Developer. Through the years she has been in multiple roles, whether on a Scrum team, as a leader and now as a coach. Through her agile years, she has been lucky to have worked with and trained with some of the leading agilists in our community. In 2017, she earned my ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC). She has been able to bring her training and experiences back to her organizations as well as her personal life. Through this experience, she discovered her passion for coaching and being with others. In 2018 and 2019, she completed 104 hours of International Coach Federation (ICF) Co-Active Coach training and completed the 6 month Certification process to becoming a CPCC. She has a belief that we all have greatness and uncovering that greatness in herself and others is her passion. Through her journey as a coach, she has modified her own behaviours, changed how she parents her 2 young daughters and continue to build the relationships that surround her. She currently resides in Centennial, Colorado with her husband and 2 daughters.

Organizing Team

Shawna Organisciak – Venue Lead

Shawna is an Agile Delivery Manager with 15 years experience in the event industry. Through her career in project management, she has approached everything with an Agile mindset, before she even knew what it was. Coming at everything in her life with a “Get Sh*t Done” mentality, finding Agile was a perfect fit, and has jumped in with two feet. Outside of work, she loves to travel, check out area restaurants for delicious vegetarian options, and attacking the #52hikechallenge2020 with her pup.

Marie Struckman – Attendee Experience Lead

Passionate, dedicated project management professional with over 15 years of technology experience in both waterfall and agile software deliveries. Versatile blend of project management, partner management, business development, and product development in cross-functional settings. Demonstrated success in program delivery with strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaborating, and team building. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view. Love cross functional collaboration. With an engineering background, can act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical folks involved in a project.

Erika Lenz – Program Lead

Erika Lenz is an agile coach, facilitator, and trainer with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations on their improvement journey with lean and agile. Her professional experience extends beyond software, including biology and behavioral research, marketing, instructional design, print and digital journalism, retail management, and interactive education in science and math. This breadth allows her to more effectively engage with people in myriad disciplines and understand cross-functional system interactions. Her passions lie in coaching middle management through transition, visualizing and optimizing human and technical systems, and using facilitative listening to improve communication, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.

Sue Laurent – Marketing Lead

Sue is obsessed with discovering new ways that agile can be used outside of technology. As a certified agile marketer, she is excited to see work being done with her fellow marketers as they break rules and get results with agility. When she’s not moving stickies along her Kanban board, she’s hanging out with her family on various sports fields and Irish dance venues around Colorado.

Kathy Hartzler – Finance Lead

Kathy is an operational leader with a track record supporting financial operational strategic plans. Takes a macroscopic view of operational processes, software, and people in order to analyze and restructure cross-functionally across the business to meet the highest level of excellence and make a positive impact. Works to improve financial health, build company cultures to energize employees and clients, and streamline various company processes to generate tangible results. When Agile was introduced to me several years ago, I was excited to use and share many of the principles in finance and operations.  Kanban boards, Retrospectives and Swim Lanes rocked my world!  When I power down my laptop, I can quickly pivot to tennis, paddle boarding, gardening or cooking.
